The Return Experience & Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Overview:
- Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and issued via email.
- All returns must be received *within 30 days*. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
- No Exchanges. No Refunds.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return

To Start your return process:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your Store Credit to be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
**If you don’t see the Store Credit in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you received a defective item, please contact us at laura@justasoutherngall.com our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please email our customer service team laura@justasoutherngall.com within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
STORE CREDIT / GIFT CARD
If your gift card or store credit isn’t showing in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
- Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire 5 years from the date issued.
- If your order is a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER
We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact our customer service team immediately laura@justasoutherngall.com and include both order numbers in your message. We will do our best to waive the shipping fee on this additional order.
